WAYNE MARC GODFREY
A high caliber film and media professional with experience in a broad range of roles including acquisition, production, finance and distribution. Wayne graduated from the University of Leeds, with a first class BA honors in Media with Management in 2005.
He spent several years working for New York based Department of Film, writing and filming an array of commercials and documentaries, but his focus was on creating music videos for a diverse range of artists for all the major labels.
In 2006 he became Director of Acquisitions & Development at Goldcrest Films International, before going on to produce the British comedy 'Three and Out' at the young age of 25. In 2008 Wayne founded The Fyzz Limited and in 2010 joined with Nick Quested and Paul Burger to form The Fyzz Music Video.
PAUL BURGER
Paul Burger has served as President of Sony Music Europe, Middle East & Africa, Chairman of Sony Music UK/Ireland, and President of Sony Music Canada. In 2003 he set up Soho Artists, an artist management company which is also engaged in consultancy and live touring. He also serves as Chairman of TRP 2009, a touring company which is funded through Edge Group and consults on a variety of industry clients. Additionally, Paul is Director of the Music Managers Forum and is active in numerous industry and communal charities.
NICK QUESTED
Nick Quested studied filmmaking at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts before going on to direct over 150 music videos for world renowned artists such as Sting, Dr Dre and P Diddy. In 2000 Nick became the Executive Director of Goldcrest International, overseeing the post-production side of the business as well as developing the film finance and production arms. He has produced Elvis & Anabelle, Homework starring Emma Roberts, and the 2011 Oscar Nominated documentary Restrepo, among others.
PHIL TIDY
An 8 time UK Music Video Award 'Producer of the Year' nominee, Phil Tidy is one of the leading music video producers working today. Starting his career in 1995, Phil has produced several hundred music videos for global acts, including Shakira, Oasis, The Spice Girls, Westlife, Girls Aloud, Leona Lewis, Lilly Allen, Kylie, Dizzee Rascal and many more. In 2007 Phil demonstrated his dedication to music video promotion and appreciation by co-founding and curating BUG. Run in conjunction with the British Film Institute, BUG is a hugely successful bi-monthly event that screens new, unique and cutting-edge music videos from artists such as Radiohead, Jay-Z, Gorillaz, Depeche Mode and Coldplay. Phil is also dedicated to finding, nurturing and promoting hot new directors, both through BUG and his very own productions.
Phil continues to produce forward-thinking videos for top global artists.
